Beef Bourguignon


Bahan :

100g beef bacon, iris 1cm
500g daging has dalam, potong dadu 3cm
200g bawang bombai, belah 4
50g mentega untuk menumis
100g jamur champignon
4 sdt tepung terigu
100ml red wine
125ml kaldu daging
1 lbr bay leaf
1/2 sdt thyme
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica hitam bubuk
1 sdm peterseli cincang

Pelengkap :

Kentang rebus
Garlic bread
